What is PAYPAL?
Paypal is an online electronic payment system that offers the user all the standard security measures for online transactions whether they use Paypal transactions or Bankcard transactions.

Why does Paypal require Billing Information?
Because of the amount of fraud in credit card transactions, Paypal requests the user's billing info to protect the cardholder. Paypal or the MCO does not use this info for anything but security for the cardholder. Billing info is also a requirment to ensure that the cardholder receives the bankcard benefit of fraud protection.

Why does the MCO use Paypal?
As a pilot program, we are offering the convenience of advanced ticketing to concert goers. Paypal offers the MCO an extremely simple and easy to use format as well as maximum protection against fraud for our online ticketing customers.

Once I buy the tickets, how do I get into the concert?
You will receive an email message stating whether your tickets will be mailed to you (usually up to 4 days before the concert date) or whether they will be held at the door. If you do not receive a message, print out your receipt and bring it with you to the concert, where you will receive your tickets upon presentation of the receipt.
